- No refund.
- Exchange is allowed within 7 days upon order pick-up with a valid receipt.
- Exchange for underwear, socks, inner wear, accessories, discounted items and freebies are not allowed.
- Returned product must remain clean, intact and unwashed with complete packing and all tags attached.
- If the exchanged item’s value exceeds the original item, make-up amount shall be paid based on their original prices.
- If exchange with value lower than the original item, no refund would be made.
