If member is unable to provide such information, the membership may be forfeited (including the loyalty points) and will be unable to obtain the relevant privilege notice due to failure on verification of membership identity.
- Any duplicated membership account will be terminated (including the loyalty points) without any further notice.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and conclusive.
